All textures are 4K. Goal was to use 1 Texture Set for the ground and 1 set for everything else. Materials were mixed and finalized in Substance Painter.

A little diorama project that I started in the spring to work on as part of the materials class I teach. Taking inspiration from makeshift graves and a rather famous Metallica album cover, I found some pretty sick references that I used to create something a bit more real.

Everything was made by me excluding foliage textures, where my friends from GameTextures.com had exactly what I wanted. I did need to modify them a little to fit a personal technical restriction, but it was quite trivial.

All main assets were sculpted in Zbrush. Modeled and rendered in Blender with Cycles. Materials made with Substance Designer and Painter. Quick shout out to #autodeskmaya for some UV and modeling help when I needed some speed. Some light Post work in Photoshop.
